Luxcraft manufactures its poly outdoor furniture from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or in other words - recycled plastic. This is made from post-consumer waste such milk bottles, milk jugs, detergent bottles, cartons etc. It is sometimes referred to as poly lumber. Poly or HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), is a recyclable plastic made from post-consumer waste such as milk and detergent bottles. This material is cleaned in a decontamination process and then compounded into solid board stock material. The resulting product contains over 90% recycled post consumer waste by weight
