All Things Cedar - Returns & Cancellations Policy

Please note the following Returns & Cancellation Policy for 'All Things Cedar' Products:

Notes to the customer for delivery:

- Please check that all packages are accounted for and the product is free of damage before signing delivery receipt. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you may refuse delivery and notate damaged on shippers copy of the freight bill. Please contact us asap (within 3 business days ) to notify us of this. We will then handle correspondence with freight company and where necessary arrange for replacement parts or replacement product to be shipped out.

- It is the customer's responsibility to notate on the waybill any damages prior to signing the driver's paperwork. If any other specific shipping problems such as, damage to cartons, missing packages, etc. is not stated on the waybill, we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order.

- If you have notated damage on the waybill and decided to keep the product, you must notify us of the damage with supporting photos of damaged item and photos of both inner and outer packaging by email within 3 days.

- If damaged packages are received without notating the damage on drivers waybill, then we cannot guarantee replacement parts or replacement products and the warranty becomes null and void. Therefore the customer will be required to pay all freight charges involved with return of the damaged item as well as all freight charges for shipping out any replacement items.

Returns & Cancellations Policy :

- If you would like to return your product(s) within 14 days of delivery we will refund you the purchase price, minus all return shipping fees and a restocking fee (which is 20% of purchase price).

- All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, inserts and all other hardware and accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) non-returnable.

- It is the customers resonsibility to ensure all Returns or Exchanges are in unused condition and re-packaged properly. Any product returned in used or damaged condition will not be refunded.

- Orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges.
