About Luxcraft Furniture
About Luxcraft Furniture
Luxcraft Outdoor Furniture previously known as Crestville Amish has been manufacturing Poly Outdoor Furniture, Gliders, Porch Swings, and Adirondack Chairs for over 20 years. What distinguishes Luxcraft from other outdoor furniture brands? Their priority has always been on producing premium quality products.
Luxcraft Furniture is made in Ohio. It is an Amish company, so you can rest assured that their products are always made to excellent Amish quality standards. They stand by their commitment to quality, by offering a lifetime limited residential warranty or a 5-year commercial warranty on all their products.
What is Luxcraft Poly? Why is it great for outdoor swings?
Luxcraft manufactures its poly swings from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) otherwise known as recycled plastic.
Environmentally-Friendly
Poly or HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), is a recyclable plastic made from post-consumer waste such as milk and detergent bottles. This material is cleaned in a decontamination process and then compounded into solid board stock material. The resulting product contains over 90% recycled post-consumer waste by weight.
Will Not Deteriorate
Swings made from poly material have exceptional resistance to moisture, fading, insects, splinting, warping and other hazards of environmental exposure commonly found in wood or wood fiber composite products.
Retains Vibrant Look
Poly material has a high-color stability UV pigment, which minimizes the breakdown of material from prolonged sun and weather exposure. As such it does not fade, and is suitable for hot and sunny climates.
Essentially Maintenance-Free
Poly swings requires no waterproofing, staining, or other similar recurring maintenance other than an occasional washing with soap and water.
