5' Luxcraft Amish Rollback Poly Glider

Well made, well packaged, easy assembly. We love the glider. Looks like it will last a very long time. The only complaint I have is that the bench could be a little larger to accommodate taller people. I'm an even 6' tall and it feels a little small for me. The bench could be deeper and the back could be higher. Other than that...it's a fine product.

Pretty simple to put together. I was not happy with the quality of the screw, I stripped about 3 heads. Could be better quality on those. More instruction on which way the bearing arm supports are placed, metal side up or down. Wife loves it, so all good.

What is Luxcraft Poly ? and Why should you buy it ?

Luxcraft manufactures its poly outdoor furniture from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or in other words - recycled plastic. This is made from post-consumer waste such milk bottles, milk jugs, detergent bottles, cartons etc. It is sometimes referred to as poly lumber.

Environmentally-Friendly
Poly or HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), is a recyclable plastic made from post-consumer waste such as milk and detergent bottles. This material is cleaned in a decontamination process and then compounded into solid board stock material. The resulting product contains over 90% recycled post consumer waste by weight

Will Not Deteriorate
Furniture made from Poly material has exceptional resistance to moisture, fading, insects, splinting, warping and other hazards of environmental exposure commonly found in wood or wood fiber composite products

Retains Vibrant Look
Poly material has a high-color stability UV pigment, which minimizes the breakdown of material from prolonged sun and weather exposure. As such it does not fade, and is suitable for hot and sunny climates

Shipping Times
For each product, at the top of the information tab, it states "Ships in XX days" this is the number of days it takes, from when the order is received at the warehouse, to when it leaves the warehouse. After leaving the warehouse, it normally takes between 1-10 business days for the product to arrive at your address. We will send you a tracking no. to the email address provided at check-out. Shipping times vary for each product, and will also depend on how close your address is to the warehouse.

Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. (Please also check your spam/junk folder for this). This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card. Please check all the details on your order confirmation, and notify us immediately of any incorrect details. We cannot be responsible for incorrect fulfillment of an order, if the order details are incorrect.

Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@myporchswings.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns
If you would like to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product(s), excluding all shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price). All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise this may make your product(s) non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and may take up to 72 hours to show on your statement

Products not eligible for refund:
- Any product that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way.
- Any product that is not in resalable condition
- Any product that is not in its original condition, with original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories

- We only ship within the 48 contiguous states
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, AFO, APO and FPO addresses
